UK tightens visa rules for Indian IT professionals
Britain has tightened immigration rules from January for Indian IT professionals seeking to move to the UK under inter-company transfers. From next year, workers in this category will need to have 12 months experience instead of six months as at present with their employer before they can be transferred to the UK, official sources said. Japanese attack Pearl Harbor, a date that will live in infamy
The Japanese bombing of Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, marked the immediate start of World War II for the United States.
In May 1942, however, the U.S. Army reversed its decision to exclude Japanese Americans from the armed forces and created the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, also known as the “Nisei Squadron.”

British diplomat -Iraq invasion was of questionable legitimacy
The invasion of Iraq was legal but of “questionable legitimacy” because the US and UK had failed to persuade other countries of the need for war, the then-British ambassador to the UN told the Chilcot inquiry today.
Sir Jeremy Greenstock said: “I regard our participation in the military action in Iraq in March 2003 as legal but of questionable legitimacy in that it did not have the democratically observable backing of the great majority of [UN] member states, or even perhaps of the majority of people inside the UK.
